Hope Health Systems contacted Velra! to refresh their web presence, located at www.hopehealthsystems.com. We were asked to update their web site to reflect a fresh and more current look with a splash of color and images.

HHS New Layout

The goal

The existing site failed to meet audience needs or deliver a experience consistent with the HHS brand. Our goals for this redesign were to provide:

  • Create a homepage that doesn’t look crowed with the amount of information that needs to on be there and use imagry that reflects the health care industry.
  • A redesigned user experience to improve the existing navigation, functionality and overall usability of the previous site.
  • Enhanced visual design that strengthened the HHS brand. Velra! was tasked with making a color identity system that represents and reflects a happy, cheerful and positive environment.
  • Striving towards editorial efficiency. Our goal was to do all the CSS heavy lifting in the backend so that the client only needed to worry about putting data in.

What we did

Graphic design, information architecture, user interface design, and CSS/XHTML template development.

Friendship is a Mirror

In my experience, i have tried to study people, to see who they are what they are really made off. I realized that there are people who seem to have friends that are not in the same line as their personality. I also wondered why some people have so many friends and how each of those friends can be so different and seem to have little in common.

I realized that Friendships are like a mirror for ourselves. We pick people or rather attract people of certain attributes that registers within. So in recognizing this, it is easy to see how one can get to a maturity level where one is able to love freely and give of oneself.

Due to this recognition, I have a new found respect for humanity as a whole and Much appreciation for the love that the Creator has shown to us.
